You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned with original packaging and included accessories. Items damaged through misuse, installation, modification, or normal wear are not eligible.

Before sending anything back, contact GLOSSARIQ through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send returns without authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos when available.
