Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Road Ready AI+ is a recurring monthly digital membership. The current membership price is $9.99 per month unless a different price is displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method on each billing date until the subscription is canceled.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time through your GLOSSARIQ customer account by opening Manage subscriptions. If you need help, contact support@glossariq.com and include the email address used for your membership.

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, your paid membership access remains available through the current paid billing period and then ends.

Refunds and failed payments

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed. Any refund request is handled under the GLOSSARIQ Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

If a recurring payment fails or is not completed, membership access may be paused or end until payment is successfully restored.
